Support for Spotr

Common requests

• Delete my account. Open Spotr → Settings → delete account. This removes your profile and associated personal data from our primary systems.
• Report content or a user. Use Report / Block in the app. Reports are reviewed by the Spotr team.
• Push notifications. Enable them in system settings and make sure you’re signed in.
• Privacy questions. See the Privacy Policy or email care@thepockt.com.

Safety

Spotr highlights places shared by the community. Always use your own judgment before visiting, respect private property, and follow local laws. If you feel unsafe meeting someone from a Plan, cancel and report the user.
